These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrestBuilds' website and construction services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CrestBuilds provides professional construction services including:

• General contracting services
• Residential and commercial construction
• Remodeling and renovation projects
• Project management and consultation
• Design and planning services
• Maintenance and repair services

All services are subject to availability, project scope, and applicable permits and regulations.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals (where applicable)
• Provide access to the work site as needed
• Make timely payments as agreed in the contract
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Notify us of any changes to project requirements

While we strive to complete projects on time, construction timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Permit delays
• Material availability
• Client-requested changes
• Unforeseen site conditions
• Regulatory requirements

We will communicate any significant delays and work with you to minimize their impact on your project.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrestBuilds' liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

CrestBuilds maintains appropriate insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are fully licensed to perform construction services in our service areas.

Upon request, we can provide copies of our insurance certificates and licensing information.

We encourage open communication to resolve any disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the following process applies:

1. Written notice of the dispute must be provided within 30 days
2. Good faith negotiation between the parties
3. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator (if negotiation fails)
4. Binding arbitration as a final resort

Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction where CrestBuilds is located.

All designs, plans, and specifications created by CrestBuilds remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in your contract. You may use these materials for the specific project for which they were created.

You retain ownership of any existing intellectual property you provide to us for the project.

Either party may terminate a project contract with written notice as specified in the contract terms. Upon termination:

• Payment for completed work is due immediately
• Materials purchased for the project remain the property of the party who paid for them
• Each party is responsible for their own costs and expenses

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where CrestBuilds is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
